Shipping Regions

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and email you a return authorization with shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the items in their original condition with all tags and packaging materials. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of footwear, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized footwear
  • Items that show signs of wear, have damaged tags, or lack original packaging
  • Footwear with scuffed soles or any evidence of outdoor wear

Exchange Options

We’re happy to exchange your Jeffrey Campbell footwear for a different size or style, subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund and notify you when the item is back in stock.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
